Este paseo se realiza dentro de la selva húmeda del Parque Nacional Henry Pittier.
El paseo que empieza por uno de los Caseríos de este Parque, donde se cruza uno de los ríos más bellos que tiene Choroní, llamado La Lapa. Durante este hermoso paseo por la exuberante selva, se podrá observar gran parte de la diversidad de flora y fauna que este posee, al igual que también se podrán admirar dos grandes maravillas de la naturaleza, como lo es Pico el Cenizo, con 2.436mts. de altitud, siendo este el pico más alto de todo el Parque Nacional, y el Cerro de la Virgen del Carmen ( Roca Madre, como está formada la cordillera de la costa).
Continuando este increíble recorrido lleno de paisajes hermosos e inolvidables, pasamos por siembras de caña de azúcar, llegaremos a la mitad del camino, una hora aproximadamente, allí encontraremos el trapiche donde procesan la caña de azucar. Aquí comenzaremos a descender hasta llegar a otro caserío a donde visitaremos la Fundación Agua Fuerte, y el Dique más Grande del Edo. | This tour takes place in the humid forest of the Henry Pittier National Park, we begin at one of the villages of this park at the foot of the "Lapa" river.
During the excursion we see the great variety of flora and fauna as well as two great marvels of nature "Pico El Cenizo" 2.346 mts of altitud, this is the highest peak in the national park, and the mountain of the Virgin of Carmen (part of the rock formation of the coast line). As we continue our trip full of greenery and beauty we come to sugar cane fields and we get to an old sugar factory "El Trapiche" half way through our trip. Here we begin our descent untill we arrive at another village where we visit "Agua Fuerte" foundation and the biggest dike in Aragua State where we can have a refreshing swim in the river...PRICES ON REQUEST. |

Este paseo lleno de aventura comienza una vez que nos encontramos en la desembocadura del río grande de Choroní al Mar Caribe, donde se toma un peñero para hacer un trayecto de 10 min.
Después de pasear, y observar la inmensidad de las aguas azules del Mar Caribe, y las pequeñas playas del pueblo de Choroní llegaremos a el Valle de Chuao, declarado patrimonio natural y Cultural, de aquí partiremos observando la gran plantaciones de cacao como antesala al pequeño pueblo de Chuao, donde visitaremos su Iglesia y el patio de secado del cacao.
De aquí se emprenderá un camino de 2 horas por el Parque Nacional Henry Pittier, donde disfrutaremos de este gran pulmón vegetal y sus ecosistemas, observado la gran variedad de la flora y fauna, como también disfrutaremos durante todo el recorrido el Río Medio, hasta llegar a la hermosa caída de agua con más de 20 mts. de altura...SOLICITAR PRECIOS. |

| This trip full of adventure begins at the mouth of the "Rio Grande" of Choroni untill we get to the valley of Chuao, declared National Patrimony of culture and nature. Here we start on foot observing the big cocoa plantations before we get to the tiny village of "Chuao", where we visit the church and the market square where the cocoa is dried. After this we begin a two hour trek trought Henry Pittier National Park where we can enjoy the ecosistems and the flora and fauna of these world reknowed park untill we arrive at the beautifull water fall of the "Rio Medio" 20 mts high...PRICES ON REQUEST. |
